Coaching
About you
Do you ever sense a chasm in the way you move through the world—between the part of you that excels, builds, achieves… and the part that loves to rest in creativity and joy?
Do you recognize yourself in the following pattern?
You’ve succeeded by almost any external measure: achieved the degree, sold your startup, experienced advanced states in meditation, and yet you feel that something important is still missing.
At times you glimpse another mode of being—uncontrived, creative, deeply at ease, yet to live there would feel like abandoning something essential.
The mode switch between that open aliveness and your focused, productive clarity carries too much friction. You can’t inhabit both at once, yet you can’t imagine giving either up.
You know you don’t want to lose your edge, your curiosity, or your drive. The work matters. Building, innovating, impacting the real world—this is how you are. But you sense there must be a way to live it with more aliveness and joy.
If this lands with you, I can help. We start with the tension between drive and freedom, optimization and wholehearted living… our relationship becomes the container that revitalizes your connection with purpose. Decisions that once felt hard will flow from your different way of being in the world—one that is joyful, vivid, alive, and effective.
About me
I work with a small number of tech founders and AI researchers who shape extraordinary worlds.
I’ve worked as a project manager, a program director, a founder, and a mentor, in large, international organizations and small startups. I have 30 years’ experience in personal and organizational strategy, psychological stage development, Gestalt psychotherapy, and contemporary Vajrayana practice. It’s a niche combination. I’m confident that it works. I want to share how, with you.
You can read more about me here.
My personal mentors, and teachers who continue to inspire and challenge me, include Carolyn Coughlin, Brian Whetten, Rich Litvin, Terry Real, and Ngak’chang Rinpoche.
How We Work
Our work combines deep self-reflection with practical application. You’ll thrive working with me if you’re experimental, open to looking at your assumptions in a new light and to testing practices in the real world, fine-tuning according to what works best.
You are looking for more than leadership coaching. Transformation occurs through deep trust in an ongoing relationship with someone dedicated to understanding the complexity of your inner and outer worlds. Our work together is not templated—it’s shaped around your unique context and aspirations.
Our conversations move fluidly between frameworks: developmental psychology, strategy, navigating uncertainty, meditative, embodied, and relational practice. At times I challenge your assumptions. At others I facilitate insight: you cut through noise and see the broader pattern. Together we build awareness and skill so that you become powerful, present, an unshakeable force for good in your relationships and in your life’s work.
Some clients rely on me during pivotal transitions; others engage for the long term to continually refine how they show up as leaders and human beings.
Bespoke Retainer
The bespoke retainer model means you have priority access to me—regular sessions scheduled at a cadence that suits you, plus additional contact as needed.
Our coaching agreement is based in value creation. It’s a long-term investment in your freedom and your capacity for extraordinary impact in the world.
